I was planning on purchasing this Midwest curious cat cube amd decided against it

I read *** hazardous ** review amd wanted to share it

Apparently a kitty got it's head stuck in the smaller hole in the side of the cat cube .
Luckily owner was home - kitty could have suffocated

Also the cream colored fleece top is not removable for washing

Also be careful with after market hard plastic kitty bed pods
It can turn over with kitty inside causing a suffocation hazard as per reviews I have read

Here is a pic of the Midwest Curious cat cube

Thank you very much for sharing this information. It really pays to scrutinize toys that are brought into the house.

We have one of those sort of hard plastic kitty bed pods and thankfully it is set up in such a way that it's not going anywhere. But I've heard of those stories as well (where the pod flips over and the kitty doesn't get out).

As always, you give us great information. Thank you so much for sharing.
