So Mos lovely vet Joe phoned this morning with the results of his Profiles and FBC. We are still waiting for the more specialist blood results that had to be sent off - to come back which will tell us more details.
The results show that Mo has a raised white cell count. From my own job I know this can indicate infection or some cases of disease.
I work as a nurse on an Oncology and Haematology unit so I understand a lot about blood results and what they can mean. This is why I'm trying not to worry too much and get carried away, because I know it could be something very minor too. Because of my job I can't help but automaticaly leap to cancer and blood diseases but I NEED TO CALM DOWN!!! I know I'm jumping to conclusions big style, but I can't help it.
The vet says not to panic and to wait for the next lot of results. Mo could be just fine. He may of just had a bug! And I'm flying off the handle. Obviously there are sooooo many other things that it could be besides something serious.
