Hi. I'm new to the lair so I guess this an introduction for me too.
Anyway, I had wanted a sphynx for quite a a while thinking they were just the cutest things ever. I finally got my husband to agree by pitching the idea that we could use him as a precursor to having a baby since they required a bit more care than a normal cat.
Well Arthur, Arthur Dent that is, is a little over a year old now and we are expecting our first human baby. He will be in for quite a shock once baby gets here. We've spoiled him terribly and I'm not sure how he'll handle not getting all the attention.
My husband, who didn't even want to get him in the first place, adores that cat more than most of the people he knows.
