He developed brown spots on his belly, inner legs, and neck. I have never seen them before, they almost look like oil spots but I bathed him lastnight they stayed. Now today they look a lil worse. Anyone else experience or have knowledge on this?

My sphynx was spending a little too much time in a window, and developed some sun spots. Brown small spots that can occur anywhere on the body, especially if the cat has been sleeping on their back in the sun.

I was worried at first and tried switching baby shampoo, etc. Turns out that it’s just sun spots and should go away within a few weeks.

Do the round pigment dots on the stomach have a head/pus/tip/nodule inside the middle of them?

Yes!! This happened with mine too. I also began to wash his sweaters and shirt separately with a milder detergent because otherwise he starts to get little pink spots. But the sun spots went away when I began using a shampoo provided by my vet.
