Excited to have finally found an active sphynx forum!

After years of begging my husband to get a kitty and years of hearing "no no no," in early 2009 I was finally able to convince him. He was very against getting a sphynx because they are "so ugly." But after showing him tons of sphynx videos on youtube I was able to wear him down from "Ugly" to "Eh, they are ok" to "OMG SO CUTE MUST HAVE."

We found a wonderful breeder in Southern California and within a month or two we had our baby!

He's been home with us now for just over a year and he is a constant source of love and entertainment. We so badly want to give him a brother or sister but haven't found the right breeder yet (His breeder doesn't have any available at the moment).

I will cut the chit chat and get to what you REALLY want. The pictures!

Can't wait to chat more with all of you and learn about all your naked babies.

I used to live in the bay area and show my cats there.
In fact I was showing Wrinkles at a show in Vallejo last march and these people liked her and I gave them the breeders info.
She wrote her and bought a kittens and named him Avatar.

My husband and I are huge geeks. We both love computers (we met online, go figure!). So a computer related name just came natural.

Extra geeky: One of our next pets (maybe a kitty maybe not) will probably be named Dvorak (pronounced Dev-or-ack) which is another type of keyboard layout.
