I got my Bambino in May of this year, the breeder we got her from informed us of her having a rash due to getting into poison oak. She also mentioned that her rash was almost cleared and we wouldn't need to do anything with it. However, about a month into having her we became more concerned with the fact that her rash had in fact not gone away and was slowly getting worse. We took her into our local vet and they put her onto two rounds of antibiotics and steroids. The rash had cleared up and was almost completely gone. Last week her rash began to resurface and is worse this week after her bath today. She has a vet appointment tomorrow to look at it again but I wanted to reach out to other owners who may have had the same problems and could offer some help. (BTW her name is Stevie Nicks)

@Alizondaz , welcoming you and adorable Stevie Nicks to the lair family. all paws are family. glad you have a follow up vet visit. odd to me how she initially got into poison oak??

perhaps vet can do a skin scraping on appt tmrw to rule out bacterial or yeast? a shampoo like trizchlor4 you can ask your vet about. I get it online.

we are here for you.
@Catzzzmeow , @Sheldon13 , and all , your thoughts?
