Hi everyone i'm from thai
First, sorry for my English

My cat's name is Zilvy
she is indoor cat

I've been to 3 vet. YES 3 VET!!!
It costs me 500$ on average per vet but nothing good
Each vet says they are allergies, they are allergic to bacteria, some say they are fungal. But another vet said it's not a fungus. All the vet gave me antihistamines and anti-itch medicine.
Each vet I went to Visit at least 1 month each
I'm out of my way I don't know what to do anymore. Please help my cat I don't know what my cat is allergic to.

Food : NEEZ+ tuna & salmon grain free (Because at first I thought my cat was allergic to chicken)
Bathing : once a week use only water

Oh that poor baby. Is there a specialist near you that can test to see exactly what they are allergic to and just get this squared away quickly? What type of litter are you using? As far as food goes. I would google and see what limited ingredient cat food brands you can get. limited ingredients have much less in them, so you might be able to help them that way.

@CrispyPork , welcome to the lair family... Zilvy is adorable. I am so sorry you are going thru this. we are here for you. members will surely chime in.

please tell us what litter you use? some are sensitive to scented litters, corn , wheat litters. will share a link we all refer to:

do you use scented baby wipes?

did vet give some malaseb or trizchlor 4 shampoo? has worked great with my crew over the years.

**did vet do an actual skin scraping check under a microscope o rule out if bacterial or yeast?

hugs n positive vibe head smooches. members will surely chime in. tagging @Toa and Ross

ps. no need to apoligize about English... we are a lair family from all over the world that come together for the love of nakids.

following closely for updates

Thank you very much for replying to me. @Yoda mom @Catzzzmeow

LITTER : I don't know what kind of cat litter it is. But there are pictures to see.

i didn't use any scented baby wipes

The vet didn't tell me to use shampoo. They told me to use just water.

First and second vet scrape the skin to examine found to be bacteria

Poor baby! Does it itch? That seems to me more of a skin problem but I'm not a vet. However my cat has had skin problems from allergies and it was nothing like that. Your vet should take a biopsy, skin sample. Maybe she needs cortozones. I found a photo thst seems similar on the net. It's was with an article on skin problems " mastocytosis". Any similarities?

I am so sorry that your baby is going through this.

Has your vet prescribed prednisone or a steroid to help with the itching? Did any of the meds be it anti fungal or anything help to clear it up in any way? Did they suggest medicated baths?

I would try to bathe him with a chlorhexidine shampoo of some sort. I use either Duoxo in the orange is an antiseptic or antifungal shampoo and wipes, the pink is calm to help sooth itchy or dry skin. the bottom one is by Henry Shein PhytoVet CK Antiseptic Shampoo. Both worked wonders on my girl's skin allergies.

Hope that clears up! These products are excellent. I got prescribed prednisone which worked on skin allergies!

Ouch that looks painful.
It looks like Uticaria Pigmentosa. Did one of the vets do a skin scrap test/took a biopsy of her skin?
My boy has UP and he gets one prednisone pill a day and it works really well (no more rashes/wounds).

@CrispyPork , the litter pics do show it is scented.. maybe the culprit? can you find a non scented clay litter to try?
the shampoos mentioned work great on my crew.
