The boarder was horrible and we will never take her there again, but Luna came back extremely dirty, with high stress levels, flaking skin, and possibly some sort of parasite. Her kennel was in the dog grooming room, and has been purring nonstop since picking her up, never leaving my side. She has been extremely jumpy, though. Any help is appreciated.

@LunaBye , ((hugs)) and head smooches
      Welcome to the lair family

I am sure others will chime in too

Do you have a pic of Luna to share so we can chime in more ?
If you suspect issues - a wellness check with her vet
Along with a sample to rule out parasites.

a warm blanket from the dryer on your lap for extra calmimg snuggles
Perhaps a spa day in a day or so

      Will be following for updates

@LunaBye welcome to sphynxlair. Sorry to hear you did got Luna back like this and she's so stressed. Hopefully she'll calm down in a few days. If you suspect a parasite I would go to the vet. And see if you can report the kennel somewhere

My suggestion would be to stop and comfort her any time she needs it. She might need extra cuddles.
