has anyone had any luck with natural pine cat litter. Our boy seems to sneeze alot after using the litter box i figured this would cut down on the sneezing.

I tried that 6 years ago and it was kind of gooey and sticky. I mean it clumped but I was having to really scrap across the bottom of the litter to get it out. I always wonder if pine could cause upper respiratory sensitivity problems. There is a new one out made of corn. Have not tried it. You know - I sneeze after pouring in the Fresh Step.

I was using it for a while, and found it to be excellent at keeping the odors down...it really seem to mask the urine smells very well, but when we got Kokka, she would have nothing to do with it, so I was forced to buy a clay litter.
After about a week I noticed that Hibou pretty much stopped using the pine stuff and only used the clay litter. I also had resigned myself that Hibou was not a "burrier" (she'd always leave her poops out on top of the litter), but in the clay litter box, she has been digging it all up! So I have decided to stick with the clay litter for now.
