My Milton developed two swollen and black nipples that keep getting bigger. The vet had no clue and denied antibiotics or aspiration. Squeezing produced no fluid and he said if they get discharge, to call him. I'm watching them get larger and crusty and still no discomfort when squeezed. He never licks them either. They look like a rubber band is squeezing them at the base. Anyone have this every happen?

@milton , I was looking at the photos. are the black round areas next to his actual nipples? any change of litter? type of litter used?
did you have a normal temperature at the vet.
did vet give reason as to why no antibiotics or aspiration>
I would get a second opinion, rule sebaceous cyst ., bacterial?
does he wear clothing? harness? sharing an older thread
