I have an air condition in my room (only on @ nite when I'm home) ... I have a window fan in living room, is this ok? I know he likes sitting in the sun (and on stove ) even in summer, ?? Also when I'm home he doesn't even go in the air-conditioned room because he's cold...... unless he goes under covers, lol
he's fine right?

He's fine--I have central air and my cats are all fine. Just make sure he's got warm blankies to snuggle in if he wants to.

I have a wall unit too so our living room is cold and the cats stay in the other rooms if the living room gets too cold, so as long as your kitty has blankets or can go in a warmer room, Im sure he's fine

I'm pretty sure your little buddy prefers the heat. Buttersnorts would much rather sit outside on our 85 degree porch than inside in the 70 degree house. He fights his way out the door every chance he gets. He sits outside all day long. I make him come inside to relieve himself and eat. I think it's safe to say with a big fresh bowl of water, he/she is A-OK.

We do not currently have central air and Snuffie stays cooler then we do most days. She actually avoids the rooms with vans and still sleeps in her really hot wool kitty bed. I have several bowls of water around the house and she drinks from all of them. As long as you have water available and fresh air Im sure she'd be fine.

I have the exact same situation with Alice and it's fine. She goes in the cold room with a blankie but otherwise she chills out in the warm part of the house in the windows. They'll move if they get warm.
