Noko Needs Exercise Help

Hello,

Prince Noko has gotten a little too comfortable with his royale status lately. He likes to sit on his throne basket all day without doing much else. I have bought so many toys I can't even begin to keep up with them all. He even has a robotic caterpillar to chase and treat toys.

Lately, I've been trying to find more engaging toys, he likes to play with things that either moves a lot or that he can roll around with ease ( other than a ball.) I have thought about a cat wheel, but I'm not convinced they work. He really likes the flying butterfly toys, but I can't find one that lasts for more than 5 minutes.....

I should also add that catnip toys are just meh to him.

@Nightcalamity Prince Noko May love a Dabird pole toy!
I prefer the one piece rod
I got the one piece rod dabird and refills at petsupermarket and I see it on amazon too along eothwith gocat attachments
It really gets them going !
Only 1 in 4 of mine looove the exercise wheel
They all go nuts for dabird
Just be sure to hide it in a closet when not in use so he doesn’t chew the string or festher ..
They sell dabird festher refills

I have attached other brands toys to it too .
They like the go cat toys attached too

Oh yes! DaBird is DaBomb! We love that toy more than any other here. We also love Cat Dancer and ribbon on a pole.

I actually tried DA Bird and similar toys. It works for about 30 seconds with him.

I actually gave him my big dogs toy!
He likes to kick the snot out of the firehose material with some cat nip on it !
A small dog toy on a pole. I make my own makeshift toys too

Ping pong balls in the bathtub ,
A dollar store laser toy are favs here

Mine liked to chase the leather dog leash so I repurposed one to the sphynx for chase play

@Nightcalamity let me know what you discover works as great cat toy ! Always open for ideas for my picky amd hard on toys crew

I swear I have a whole basket of “ like it for a day cat toys” that are getting donated to the shelter .
(Apparently they have a problem with visitors stealing the toys so the appreciate donations)

My Toby is much like your Noko with toys ..most of them meh.. but loves his cat wheel 24/7
You could keep an eye out for a used one?
