My baby Wybie is coming home FRIDAY and I am preparing to do a final clean for him -- any recommendations on pet-safe cleaning products (surface cleaner, floor cleaners, laundry detergents, dish soap for raw food bowls)?

Here he is :)

@beccerzz11 Ah! Wybie is coming ! So exciting ! Can't wait for gotcha day pics!
Definitely kitty proof for life

I stay away from swifter products ( my mom found info about dogs having issues with it )
So I stick to the basics often with baking soda and vinegar .
For laundry some use Dreft if kitty has sensitivities - ome members kittiy was allergic to gains pods laundry detergent .

your breeder surely will have some great recommendations

I am fortunate with my 4
no issues using samsclub sports detergent and no fabric softener or dryer sheets .

For sheets I found Krud Kutter (non toxic ) is great for any Sphynx stains -
I stumbled across it online for laundry use.
Yah! I can have white sheets and Sphynx !

I look for brands "non toxic " amd look for natural cleaning products

For bowls I put in the dishwasher
Or I hand wash with dawn antibacterial soap
Litter boxes for years I use dawn and odor ban or simple green .

Members will chime and you will find what works best for you

Counting down gotcha day with you !

Ps the Huggies natural baby wipes many of use to wipe down counters too

Oh only one night to go till Gotcha Day! So exciting. Wybie is a very handsome cutie.
I live in another country with different brands but I'm sure other members will chime in. Already being a great mommy to think of this!

I clean most everything with baking soda and vinegar. I've had pets in the past with allergies to different cleaners and made the choice a long time ago to be as natural as possible. I even use wool balls in the dryer instead of chemical fabric softeners.

I use Dawn for my dishes as its safe for animals, but stick to unscented.

Very excited for gotcha day pictures!!
Love his little sweater!!!

Would like to see what members are using and have perhaps a little list started here :)

Perhaps the actual homemade ingredient recipes you mix

Baking soda, vinegar, water... all good.

I do use some environment and pet safe industrial cleaners but need to get the name. Sorry about that. But they do exist.
