Pls HELP! Strange bite/rash/bumps after vaccine

Hi everyone!

I’m not sure if it’s related, but Wrinkle just got his third kitten vaccine yesterday and the doctor said to watch out for rashes, fever, and vomiting.

Today Wrinkle has this rash/bite above his eyes.

Does anyone know what this is?

I’m so worried for my baby. The vet is closed so I cannot get him checked.

That looks like a bite with the 2 spots. Most vaccination concerns are near the area they were vaccinated. Keep us updated.

It definitely looks like a bit. With 2 holes it’s likely a spider. Did he get 2 injections there?

If he is ok in himself, see if you can send a picture to your vet when they open. I agree , it does look like a bite but if you are worried see if you can get their opinion.

This is how Wrinkle’s bite looks like after a day.

The vet isn’t much help unless I have an appointment, which is all booked up.

Just keep a close eye…these guys heal fast…although red, it does not look really swollen. Our boy was bitten by a spider and his jowl swelled up huge.

How are the kittens nails? Do they happen to be super sharp? Sometimes our cat will break the skin around the neck if the nails get to sharp.

@Wrinkle awh.. hugs n speedy recovery vibes to baby Wrinkle.... thinking outside the box here bcz my batman rubs his eye area on things like the dogs bones and on the cat carrier cage door. could Wrinkle have rubbed it on something or the carrier to the vet?
