I have bathed my cat with gel of baby " Dennenes " and in the neck where it has his wrinkles they have remained pronounced. I have bathed for the neck 3 vecen and it has not gone away.

Hi Sara,
I think that may be normal due to the wrinkled area is not exposed to the elements and that is why the color is different.

I agree with admin. Especially if this boy was previously exposed to a lot of sun - you said he was sunburned when you got him, right? Sunburn would definitely make his skin darker, just like it does with humans. The skin in the wrinkles wasn't exposed, so it is lighter. You may find that it fades in time. But I would say this looks perfectly normal. Even my cats are a bit lighter in their wrinkles, though not this much.

Nofuratu has stripes like that also but you dont see them much because he is so light. I think it shows up more on your cat because it is black...I wouldnt worry.
