I know pumpkin is used to firm up stools but does it have any other nutritional benefits ?

Very good anti-oxidant and rich with vitamins - vitamin-E, vitamin-A and vitamin-C.

The fiber in pumpkin not only firms up stools, but it may help in case of constipation. Cleopatra gets a teaspoonful twice a day, mixed in with her canned food. She loves it and we have no problems with diarrhea with her at all.
