Rash that looks like dried blood?

Or maybe it is just dried blood but it didn’t come off after bathing tonight. Luna is not in pain nor picks or scratches at it. Should we be concerned? I tried the black light to see if it was ringworm but it did not glow. Thx!

Yeah looks like they rubbed on something, especially the area ….we have seen it many times. They certainly make us worry don’t they? We have seen it on the neck and side of the face.. mostly from rubbing on the cat tree. You might look into buying this,

It’s great to have on hand for scrapes, scratches, cuts etc. it is not toxic if ingested and I use it on myself as well.

@azolivas , my crew gets what look similar on necks and sides of face from rubbing on the cat tree sisal, scratching post, and a rug in particular that is Batman's favorite to scrunch up and roll and rub on.

many of use the vetericyn spray or gel shared above. I like it is non toxic. usually clears up in a few days

keep us updated on Luna. hugs n head smooches to all paws
