Red pimples/Bumps

Hello I am so stressed due to these pimples Symba has developed. He is going to the vet on Friday to be Neutered but wanted to see if anyone has any ideas or has had these issue before.

Bumps are going away. I believe it is a food allergy to pork. He is currently at the vet today getting neutered. Praying all goes well.

My sim is home and doing well. Here is a photo of him in his Pineapple. A little challenging as he has been able to slip it off a time or two. But I am on watch duty!

my Toby didnt use a cone after his neuter so I would not stress if you need to get some shut eye!
