If you live in Colorado, especially in the southeastern part of the state, you may be interested in this - there will be a CFA cat show in the Colorado Springs City Auditorium (221 E. Kiowa St.) on April 23 from 8:00pm - 4:00pm and Saturday, April 25 from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Admission is $3 - $5.

I've gone to this show a few years ago and there's always a good representation of sphynx cats in the show ring. As a matter of fact, I remember having an argument at the show with a sphynx breeder there about who was the more energetic and more social cat: Sphynx or Siamese (I was in the Siamese camp at that time). If only I've known then what I know now...LOL!

IMHO, though, Sphynx AND Siamese are BOTH awesome breeds!

I really like the sphynx but I'd have to say that siamese are more vocal and playful. Don't kill me sphynx people, just my opinion.

My twin brother lives in that area. I think I'll wait for the ski season to go visit. Maybe then I can drop by and see the piggy poo. Wait, the swine flu thing ain't no joke so I'll use her proper name, Piglet.

Hey El Gato, you are more than welcome to come visit Piggers anytime! She loves company and making new friends. Too bad you and I don't live closer to each other, because then we could arrange "play dates" for Piglet and ButterBall. :tinysmile_fatgrin_t

By the way, it just so happens that I work for the local health dept. and we're up to our ears with this swine flu stuff. We have two confirmed cases of the H1N1 flu in Colorado already, so we're just waiting for the doodoo to hit the fan...LOL!
