Noodle had his first check up and the vet seemed a little concerned about his skin. He came home from the breeder with a some little red bumps on his back and belly area. (First 2 pictures) He said to just bathe him frequently and see if that clears it up and if not he might just be a little extra sensitive. His eyebrows were also very red when we got there from rubbing up on the mesh of his carrier. Throughout the day those areas got really dry and scabby, (second picture) then once I washed him today they peeled off and were a little red underneath. (Third picture)

Soup has had one single blackhead since we got him so I'm not very familiar with common skin problems lol. Anything else I can do to try and help him out? He doesn't seem itchy at all.

The rubbing on crates/carriers definitely makes for scabbing just like what your baby shows. The one off pimple...I’ve seen them...I’d see how things even out in a consistent environment.

I agree with @Catzzzmeow to wait and see what happens now he's home with you. It doesn't look really bad and probably will go away on his own. I think it's best not to bath him soon.
