Skin Bumps?? Advice please

Hello, my Sphynx baby Fig (6 month old) has just suddenly come up with little bumps on her body (photo attached). We feed her a raw diet recommended by our reputable breeder with no issues in the past, we recently had to change the mince used because it went out of stock for a week, could this be an allergy to the change in food? It is also hayfever season in Western Aus right now, could this be an element?? Luckily the original mince is back in stock and will start feeding with it again tonight but I just wanted to see if anyone has seen anything like this?

To add more info, she is still very happy like nothing is wrong, normal appetite and having normal poops. I am a very anxious pet owner as I had one of my sphynx babies pass from HCM last year and am very over protective now!!!!

Yes a simple change in the food could cause this type of allergic reaction. Glad the normal is back in stock. It could take a few days for the bumps to go away…keep us posted. @loells

Food change was the culprit!!! 2 days later and they are almost completely gone!! Thank you for calming my nerves!!
