Hello from Poland everyone! This is our first post here. I know we should start in introduction section ( and we will!) but now we have a problem and we need your help!
Chaos, is my 9 months, 4.25 kg black bicolor canadian sphynx, castrated male from legal cattery in Poland. He is the sweetest being of it all ( clearly
). We have our long history with veterinarians, dermatologists, allergies, swollen, rash, wounds, gram (+) bacteries infections, fungus, streptococus felis, antybiotics, steroids, mono and elimination diets and so on and on.. ( I will happly write about our journey if someone will be interested, how we fight and heal our " body chaos" everyday- maybe it will help someon with similar problems).
I decited to write here after being pasive obserwator. This community helped me with many "new kitten" problems - so thank you all! And I have this feeling that polish sphynx communities are more concentradet on healty cats and when you have a problem ther is very little you can find to help yourself.
For now we have allergy under control. And by that i mean now it is in the best state by far ( 5 months since he is living with me, and since i started to noticing symptoms). But...
Ther is always a "but". Now we have different skin problem and me and my veterinarian have no idea what is this. Several weeks ago I noticed discoloration ( or more likeli hiperpigmentation then) on Chaos shoulderblade. I was thinking its from sun exposure or somthing like this. It was in time when my concern was "how to heal his allergy breakouts". So I mentioned this to our vet and we waited while threating allergy. Untill couple days ago when i noticed the patch on his body is larger, chaned colour from hiperpigmented dark spot to discolorated "pushed in", thin skin. I don't know how to decribe it but this is exacly this. Light pink patch on his black body part, under the level of the rest of the skin. And its visibly thiner and more delicate then the rest.
Do any of us seen something like this?
Chaos is taking suplements for skin condition along with anti itching meds, antybiotics and probiotics, and now I put emulsion with ceramides on this area.
I'm so very sorry about my own kind of english language i hope you all can understand what i was tring to write
