SKIN RASH or BLISTERS. Please help?

Just showed up today, looks to be getting worse. it has spread to her ear. Could it be allergies? Has anyone else seen this type of rash before? thank you in advance!

female/ 7 months old/ no changes to bath schedules or food since she was 4 months old.

here is a link to almost the same blisters in the same area. it seems as though their vet had no awnser as well.

Looks like pruritus. Often it can be caused by contact with something in the environment. Could also be insect stings. How is it looking today?
