We're not exactly new here...but we have a new family member to introduce! Our lil Buck was born this morning!!!!! Everybody meet Buck.....Buck Nakid!!!

@sphynxmoms Welcome to the world Buck Nakid! You don't know it yet but you're getting a wonderful and loving human mommy when you're big enough to leave cat mommy. So grow up fast little boy.

Thank you so much @Toa and Ross ! We are so excited that he's finally here!!! Can't wait to share progress of his growth and lots of pics! I'm glad he's got such great friends here to help us make his life the BEST that it can be!!!

Quick update....MORE EXCITING NEWS....
We're gonna have our first visit on Sunday!!! YEAH! Just gonna bring the deposit by and bring him a baby blanket....we're gonna rub it on our skin so hopefully he'll get our scent! But I'm hoping to get a few pics to share!!!!

OK HUGE NEWS!!!!!!
We went to the breeders for our first visit today! Talk about EXCITING! When we got there she brought Buck out and we asked about his fuzz...as I have a pretty severe cat allergy, it was a bit of a concern for both us and the breeder. She said she actually had another male baby available that is already 2 wks old that was supposed to be taken but the people had just changed their minds. I had seen a baby on her site that I LOVED but he was listed as taken...she went to get the other baby and............YES it was the one I LOVED from her web page!!!!! The second we saw him we KNEW...THAT was the REAL Buck!!!! It was LOVE!!!!! So please meet the Real Buck.....

We are so beyond happy! He was born Feb 16, 2017 and our Gotcha day will be May 17, 2017!!! He's a blue eyed, chocolate point.

Yay for the real Buck. How did you find being around the cats? How were your alergies? I am alergic as well but it seems to mostly be the hair and even then unless i get a nose or eyes full I am alright. Saphie doesn't bother me at all and she rubs all over me. You will soon be having so much fun with a tiny naked purr machine. So excited for you.

My allergies to cats are pretty severe...I have been in friends houses where the cat isn't even there but within minutes my eyes have swollen shut and my breathing turns wheezy. So when we thought about adopting Yoshi and Neboo, I went to the Humane Society where they were and we rubbed a small hand towel all over them for several minutes and I wore the towel around my neck for 12 hrs to be sure I wouldn't have any problems. I also talked to my allergist and he said you can actually be allergic to a specific breed. I was actually fine at the breeders yesterday, which of course gave me great relief...she has 21 cats in her house.
We can't believe how we fell in love with lil Buck as soon as we saw him!! All of us...even hubby is really excited about him! Waiting for Gotcha day is going to be soooo hard LOL! But we are preparing the house for him. I'm sure a KITTEN is going to be quite different than when we brought 2 old cats home!
We will be setting up an appointment to go visit him again in 2 weeks!!!

Awesome you could visit little Buck and all turned out so well.
