Sphynx cat huge blackheads around the eyes and inside the ears. Possibility of melanom!!

Hello dear Sphynxlairs !
I try searched in the forum but i didnt find any similar content so please for your attention.
My cat has serious skin problem which seems like its grouning up!
I was worried about some blackeads around my cats eyes so I visit an year ago the vet who said its just a comedon so i didnt take any action. The blackeads continue spreading from the eyes to the ears and I start getting worried and i visited an animal dermatologist today.
After he analysed a sample of the blackead and the blood with a microscope ,his conclusion was that it can be a melanom but the sample doesn`t look dangerous itself. He adviced me to take a blood sample in Tuesday for analysis in laboratory and if necessary even to take a few pieces of skin from the infected area for a Lab analysis.

P.S. I never try to pop up any of those but i saw few videos in internet and looks like people are poping them without any worries.... which seems scary for me.
Does anyone have experiance with similar skin issue. Please help!

Not a vet, but looks like sebaceous cysts to me. Please update us on what the lab results reveal. I have seen other Sphynx with this in the same area around the face. @Tsvetomir

Have you tried an anti fungal in the ears? I know it can be hard to keep them clean when they are tender. Trizultra plus keto is a great product to try.

No i didnt try any anti fungal, just a cleaning solution for ears. But after the diagnosis we will see.

An update.
After the blood analysis the dermatologist said that everything is normal and nothing to worry about but he took a skin sample from two places.
He didnt gave me the blood test result but after we collect all the info he will issue report. I will update few pictures after the cuts (little lidocaine was used prior cutting)

It will take up to 4 weeks for the skin analysis

We are Still waiting the dermatologist to suggest what kind of treatment will be most useful.
