My husband and I have a number of nicknames for our cats. I've called Smidget "Smudge", for various reasons. Once, in faux-urgency, my husband burst out, "Smudgy Pudgy!" though I forget which faux-emergency led to this. Maybe she yawned, I dunno.
That nickname has stuck, and last night, my husband, while holding Smidget, informed me, "Smudgy Pudgy has a purr..." and then the inevitable, "Smudgy Pudgy has no fur!"
So, have any of you made any rhymes, poems, or limericks (on the fly or professional; tis all good), or come across any such publications?
