I apologize if this has been asked elsewhere — I keep on getting zero results with the search function.
I have a wonderful 2 year old female Sphynx named Toni. Recently, we moved into a new house with very large windows that have direct sun exposure for a few hours every morning. Toni loves to sunbathe in the window. I’m concerned that this places her at greater risk for skin cancers. My wife insists it’s cute and not a danger.
I wonder if anyone here has any thoughts for how to reduce her exposure to sunlight from the window. We may get window treatments but are currently focusing on remodeling the nursery for our upcoming human child.
The second photo is the window in question when it’s not in direct sunlight.
Thanks!
Morgan
