Millie is developing spots on her back. She doesn’t spend time in the sun. They don’t appear to be raised or itching her. I tried to research but I’m not finding similar photos.

It looks a little like the "dirt spots" my boy Ross gets now and then. Did you try to clean with a baby wipe? Or with a tiny bit of olive/coconut/almond oil?

@MillieSphynx , darker sphynx sometimes get pigmentation as they get older. My Toby Love has a couple of pigmentation spots. My Batman looks just like Millie, is 12 yrs old and I notice more pigmentation as he gets older. I wipe him down with trizultra w/keto for years and his spotting pigmentation stays.
for peace of mind can share pic with your vet.

not sure if @Catzzzmeow has a link to pigmentation and her thoughts on Millie

hugs n head smooches

It looks like pigmentation to me especially since it is in that area. It doesn’t take much sun for the darker colored Sphynx to get this. Confirm only seeing on their back and no belly or under legs? If looks raised or getting much worse, always good to have a vet check.
