Sru and I

My name is Sami. I'm a Veterinary Technician from Oklahoma City. I share my house with my fiancee, my 3 American Pitbull Terriers...and one extremely rotten sphynx named Baldwin.

I chose to purchase Baldwin about 15 months ago when I wanted a cat...but, already suffering allergies from cats at work, needed something furless. I had originally looked at Cornish and Devon rexes since they were lower allergy than most cats...and finally settled on the Sphynx after I realized how much they were like the hairless rats I'd owned in the past. And who could get over their cuteness?!?!?!?!

Sru (Baldwin) has been with us for a little over a year. We're seeking to get him a friend (who I intend to name Buck...as in "Buck Naked", lol). I have had poor success in attempting to adopt out-of-state and have had less than decent luck with people looking to rehome sphynx. For this reason, we will likely return to Baldwin's breeder for a new kitten in the next few months.

I loved the pirate costume. I can't wait to dress meecho up when it's time. Although she can be pretty vindictive if I do the wrong outfit. I think she would approve of a princess one though, although I'm sure she thinks she's more of a queen.
