Swollen belly?

I recently got a Sphynx, who is now 10 weeks old, he looks like his belly might be swollen? Or is this normal, he eats a lot, drinks a lot, goes number 1 & 2 no issues. Eats both dry & wet food, plays. The breeder I got him from gave me the vet book that says he got all 3 de wormings .

When I got my Sphynx she also had a bloated belly like yours. I was concerned so I went straight from the Breeders to my vet for a wellness check. She was put on probiotics and her belly turned to normal after a few days.

I would recommend to anyone with a new kitten to take them for a wellness check. Then your vet will have a starting point on your kitty’s health.

agree with wellness check. always best sooner than later. some breeders contracts have a time frame too for a wellness check.

I suggest bringing a stool sample to the vet to check too. get a good baseline and any medications if needed.

Hello, apologies for the late response! Gremlin is healthy just chubby, he was recommended probiotics at the vet! Says he’s just growing, that the bloating is just from feedings/change of diet
I used to feed Purina one, made the change to nutri science hard & pure vital wet food
