Mine have never been down the sleeve either. But I am fairly sure this one has.
And to me it looks like it has plenty of room since it can get its legs out.

I don't know what it is about roomba's, but Helen sits on mine ALL THE TIME! I call it her little pedestal. She sits on it and smacks the other cats when they come near her.
