Today i mowed my yard...

So today was perfect weather for my husband and i to mow the lawn and get rid of weeds, we usually have tons and i mean tons of catnip that grows in our yard but for some reason i forgot about this. So i come inside and i'm hot so i am sitting on the couch in front of the air conditioner when Sanura does a run by and snags my flipflop and takes off with it, and i'm running through the house chasing her and my husband comes in and says why aren't you helping me outside, I plainly told him that i very well couldn't go outside without my flipflop which by now sanura, tuttles and rayray were fighting over so he is like well just grab it so he walked over and bent down to grab it and rayray bit him in the hand as if to say don't touch it, it's mine! i was laughing so hard because rayray is very close to him, i then realized that i must have stepped in the pile of weeds i had dug up that contained the cat nip so now i have little holes all over my flipflops *sigh* i'll have to buy another pair.

*Note to self; It's never too early to talk to your kitties about catnip and how it could rip a family (or flip flop) apart.

AGREED! We gave Kramer live catnip ONCE...Never again or at least not on a week night when we have to go to work the next day! He was an absolute maniac! We laughed so hard but were so tired the next day. It was like we literally gave him some crack!

Too funny I have never given our cats any cat nip and as fun as it sounds I think I will keep it that way! The dog steels our shoes enough! and about the lawn at least you got it done we tried to do ours it got mowed and weeds pulled but the weed wacker broke 1/2 way so the lawn is not finished

That video was stinken hysterical! My mom tried to give my kitten fresh catnip when I first brought him home and I told her I wasnt ready to let him get high yet lol
