Trying for a baby, considering a sphynx kitten too

My husband and I have a toddler and are trying for a second baby.
My husband in particular is obsessed with getting a sphynx kitten.
Pros and cons to the timing of getting the kitten now?

@Jsusie , I personally wanted a sphynx forever. I waited many years until the timing was right. with a toddler, trying for a second and introducing a sphynx is alot of love and labor as they truly need care, baths, cleaning, vet bills, wellness checks etc to consider. for me, at the time, I didn't want to take on too much at once. I kept a sphynx photo on my desk at work and said" someday"... someday did arrive when it was the right time and adopted 4 sphynx
