Hello everyone!
I have two little ones (Abu and Jasmine). Abu is covered in black peach fuzz, and Jasmine is a Peterbald.
Abu has developed a discoloration on his under belly that I am unsure of what the cause would be. I had taken him to the vet a month ago regarding this issue and they gave him a course of antibiotics and did a skin scrape (with a toothbrush) to see if it was fungal. The test came back negative. I have not changed the food they eat (I make them a "wet" food and leave out dry food for daily consumption), their bathing schedule, our cleaning products, etc. We use the litter robot with the litter that they recommend - which is their own. The discoloration does not seem to bother him at all - he doesn't itch it, his appetite is fine, and he is still active. He takes a morning Flovent inhaler, and has for over a year with nothing changing in that routine.
He loves to sunbathe, and recently I have been leaving the front door open with the glass door allowing sunlight in. I wasn't sure if the reflection of the light on the metal door frame was discoloring his skin because it has since gotten more dark and grown to other spots on his underbelly. Once I had noticed the skin change I stopped opening the door. The skin change is still consistent with how it has been and has not gotten worse.
Please help. Pictures attached.
