We are in the Tampa Florida area visiting, can anyone recommend a veterinarian familiar with Sphynx? Specifically a 17 year old senile Sphynx. We are trying to make her last days as comfortable as possible but she has lost her decision making (as far as safety). She can’t judge what her body will allow and keeps putting her self in dangerous situations. She has had complete bloodwork before we left home and there nothing came up as a problem. Thank you for any suggestions we are desperate.

@Terri W , oh sweetie , squeeze hugs... and gentle head smooches. I am on the east side of FL and will try networking
Thank you! We have been struggling with “is it time to let her go”? She still purrs when we hold her, but she has lost all sense of personal safety. Is it better to let her linger and break a hip or say goodbye before that happens. I wish she could talk to us.
