Week old kittens constipated

Hello I have two 9 day old kittens. The first 7 days they ate and had BM 2 a day. As of two days ago they stopped having BM. They are on KMR formula. I’ve called my vet and they told me to try .. all the things I’ve been trying already. Adding more water to formula. Tummy massages. Stimulating more. Drops of olive oil in bottles. I read that adding a few granules of miralax to their bottles is an option .. vet said it was as well, but I am nervous about that. They are so tiny.. any advice ?

Their tummies don’t seem hard.. I’m not sure what I’m feeling for though

I have used Miralax in the past with some success. I think it’s work a try. I’d also say keep adding that oil. In addition, as your vet if you can add probiotics. My recommendation is Saccharimyces boulardii.

Thank you! I went to the vet.. they have me some miralax already dosed out and liquid with a probiotic. But only twe days worth. It’s helping! Can I make the miralax mixture at home? How do I dose it?
