My baby Petey will be 6yrs in May & for the last month I can't figure out his "rash" and no help from the vet. I have not changed food, litter, soap or detergent. Any suggestions on what this may be & what I can do would be great! It doesn't seem to bother him. He doesn't scratch @ it or lick @ it, but if I rub it for him....it seems to feel good to him. I just want to make sure it's not like a yeast or something.

Has he been lying on anything hot? It could be some mild heat rash if its not bothering him. As for the yeast thing, have you tried any medicated washes on it?

Looks like maybe a food allery...I'm no expert tho. My moms dsh had a food allergy and all its hair fell out in those same spots. Good luck...glad its not bothering your kitty tho.

Looks like what my Lucifer has. We are not sure but think it's from the radiators since it went away in the summer and came back when we turned the heaters back on last fall. It feels a little leathery with him, how does Petey's feel?
Anyway, here's a picture (not too clear but you can see it on his belly and he has it on his back legs like Petey too).

Yes inflamed!! Just like it! I'm sure it is the dry then. He's my "driest" baby anyways. Thanks for the pic! It looks just like his & it feels the same as well.

I "liked" your post because I can't believe I finally found a sphynx with the same problem as my boy! Our vet had no idea what it was either but we just figured it was the heaters because it just was too much of a coincidence for it to come back right when we turned them back on.
If you find anything that helps, please let me know. We tried to moisturize with coconut and olive oil and put salmon oil in his food but nothing helped...
