Found a small rash spot Nymphadora’s head, right behind her ear. The spot, which appeared randomly, is discolored and seems to be growing slightly everyday. She doesn’t seem to react when i touch the rash spot, but i’m still concerned as to what it is and if it is something that summons a vet visit.

Anybody have an idea of what this could be?

Well, it doesn’t look typical but I would say ringworm. Initially they don’t always have the classic ring appearance. You can get a vet test to be sure. Or you can try some antifungal shampoo. It would be best though if you could get a cream from your vet.

Be sure if that’s what it is you clean EVERYTHING your kitty touched.

Thank you for the advice Sheldon. After reading your comment I took her to the vet and he's 80% sure it's ringworm, just in its early stage. Poor Dora is isolated now and taking medication. I'm thinking of giving her 5 days of isolation, then bringing her back home with a cone on her head to contain the infected area and to prevent it from touching anything. I'm honestly heartbroken that she's spending 5 days in isolation and fearing that this would affect her in some way.

I would get the vet to look at the rash under a special light and give you a cream to buy to stop it from spreading.
I actually have a black light at home, and the rash glowed as soon as i put it under it (which i kind of found amusing). It's been a day with medication her and the spot is already peeling, not sure if that's considered progress tho.

Mostly likely ringworm since it glowed. Your vet can prescribe meds and shampoo. I would keep your baby isolated until under control. Wipe Surfaces frequently with antibacterial wipes and be sure to wash your hands frequentlky and if possible change of clothes after visiting your baby in their quarantined room.
