ph levels diet

Hi all! My two Sphynx cats had urine taken and the ph levels are slightly above normal. The vet said they needed more water intake. I keep two bowls of fresh bottled water out at all times. She suggested a water fountain as my facet water is not filtered. Any suggestions? Also my boy cat needs...
