Hi all!
My name is Jana
My husband (Kym) and I have two sphynx kids who are our whole heart… Leonibus and Lilith.
Our little family of 4 lives in Durban, South Africa. 
I can tell you about us humans, but let’s be honest… We’re all here for the Sphynx sweeties!
So here’s the skinny on our chickens!
Leonibus (aka Bus, Bus Bus, Buster Rhymes, Busterust or Buddy Bus)
Born 17/04/2022
Handsome seal point genius boi whose hobbies and interests include:
• Being way too clever for his own good
• Looking for escape routes whenever he’s given (chaperoned) garden-time
• Playing piano
• Using his talking buttons to insist on bum slaps, lovies and playtime
• Keychain hoops and hairpins
• Watching water do pretty things; like the rain falling, shower droplets dripping, hosepipes watering the garden
• Watching the washing machine
• Being an unabashed momma’s boy
• Suckling mom’s hand to fall asleep
• Rubbing himself all over the back of dad’s backpack
• Cockroach hunting and tormenting
• Churru
• Knocking stuff off of places
• Showing off his muscles
• High fives and knuckles bumps for treats
• Going toilet in the outdoors, al fresco pees are the BEST!
Dislikes:
• Nail trimmings and ear cleanings
• Vet visits (used to love them until a stressful poisoning incident)
• His sister encroaching on his space
• When mom and dad are stressed
Lilith (aka Lili, Riiiriiii, Liri, Lilipad, Missus Boss)
Born 05/08/2023
Beautiful petite bicolour seal point space cadet whose hobbies and interests include:
• Flirting
• New people
• Pretending to be a people
• Being a total weirdo
• Following her big brother’s lead
• Catching big (unswallowable) hair ties midair
• Bringing you those hair ties to throw, but mainly for love and for you to tell her what a good girl she is
• Interesting textures
• Chewing on leaves
• Eating and chewing things she really shouldn’t for the sake of experience
• Chewing her tail (we’re working on that)
• Licking her loved ones, with full barb action- no restraint, just unadulterated exfoliation
• Churru
• Having her belly admired and gently stroked
• Watching mom cook
• Bullying her brother out of wherever he has made himself cosy
• Absolutely whooping her big bro’s ass with skibbidypaps- he’s bigger but she’s faster!
• Watching birbs
• Sulking quietly when the attention is not on her
• Vocalising her distress when she doesn’t know where mom or dad went, and vocalising her excitement when she finds them
• Going potty in the human toilet
Dislikes:
• Ear and nail cleanings
• Loud noises
• Being alone
• Sharing and not being the centre of attention
