Ok so Ive been feeding BITR w/ground turkey since Ive brought Dobby home. If your familiar with it, it yields three lbs of food per two lbs of turkey. How long does the three lbs last your kitten? Dobby is almost five months old and we seem to be going through it quickly, I would say ours is roughly lasting a week and a half, does that seem about right? It should be noted I feed BITR morning and at dinner and he does have dry food out. Thank you

I feed 10oz a day split over 3 portions but this is to an adult cat.

With a kitten I don't think you should worry about feeding too much, he is still growing, at 1 year I would assess the amount and try to find the right amount for his weight.

Is the dry food you leave out suitable to be fed alongside raw by the way? Usually it is strange to feed raw and kibble at the same time, and can cause tummy upset.

Yes the dry food is suitable and we have yet to experience any tummy issues, I was worried initially but were a few months in and no complaints. I agree its strange but his appetite seemed like it couldn't be quenched. Thank you so much for your insight, Ill just keep filling his belly:)

Not sure if it will help, I did a search and found some threads with amounts members feed their cats/ kittens - http://sphynxlair.com/community/threads/help-feeding-raw-and-lost.21545/#post-247233 and http://sphynxlair.com/community/threads/alnutrin-vs-bitr.19302/#post-226212

We were told that our girls could be given about 1 1/2 cans of food which I think would be about 8-12 oz each per day.
Right now though they are on the transitional diet (broth and boiled meat) so I am not really keeping track of the amount as much.
