Breeder is holding a girl for me, i wanted her anyway because i wanted a sister for Oliver, she looks just like him only smaller.. I think i may name her Olivia, in honor of him... Breeder also hasa pregnant cat due next week, says he will also give me pick of litter, he's pretty devastated also FIP is terrible, it was so horrid this morning he fell over in his litterbox and was just meowing... Absolutely terrible... Everyone reading this right now PLEASE hug & kiss your babies for me!

oh Sarah Im so very very sorry. I hurt for you. FIP is a devastating disease. I know it may be little comfort right now- but know that there was nothing you could have done to save him- what you did for him- loved him and comforted him- and finally ended his pain- it was the kindest, bravest, most selfless gift you could give that beautiful boy. He was so blessed to have you in his life- and to have that loving presence at the time of his crossing. He will always be with you. I will be thinking of you.... Tanya

I am so sorry for your loss. I am glad the breeder is stepping up. You will love your baby girl as much or more than Oliver. He was just getting your heart ready for this baby girl to own it! Be happy for him because he is not suffering.

So so sorry for your loss. Five days of love is five days of pure happiness for Oliver, and he's not suffering any more. It takes a special kind of person to love a Sphinx, and he was lucky to have you to do it.

Fern and I were praying for you both when you first posted. I am so sorry to hear that Oliver didn't make it. I can't imagine going through this. I think Oliver felt all your love in the short days he was with you.
