Anyone who feeds raw notice a difference in ear cleanliness after feeding a certain meat protein?

Interesting question. I haven’t noticed a difference in ear cleanliness from specific proteins, but I did notice a difference in my cat’s general ear cleanliness after switching from kibble to raw. (My first cat)

Thanks! She’s always been on raw but her vet said to see if it’s worse or better with different proteins. I tried telling him sphynx ears are little dirt traps (she is his first sphynx patient) but he thinks it’s one of the meats I give her. Thank you!

No, ear wax is way worse in this breed. You’re right.

Now, I have definitely heard of cats having issues with their cat having really itchy ears with food allergies. I don’t know about increased wax but I guess it would make sense if the inside of the ear was inflamed.

Yes when I was feeding kangaroo steak ears would get very waxy very quickly and very thick.
