but I am wondering if I need to add any extra vitamins or supplements to it. I just want to make sure my little guy is getting all the nutrition he needs

Looks good to me, though it is missing information on the ratio of meat : bone : organ so can't judge on that.

If they are just grinding the whole animals then I think it's safe to assume the ratio is correct though.

I don't know, they aren't telling you. I would e mail them and ask. Also they don't say how much to feed
