Freeze dried

has anyone tried Stella and Chewys freeze dried raw food? My girl loves it, it's what the breeder was giving her. I'm just open to suggestions since one bag is about $24. I also don't leave her food out all the time the breeder says she only fed the cats twice daily since they love to eat so much and will get fat. But she's so whiny. I'm a new sphynx mom and any help would be appreciated

@alexahrens8191 I feed freeze dried raw primal . I also feed Orijen cat and kittens dry kibble for free feeding . I tried the Stella and chewys freeze dried my Sinatra didn't like it as well as the primal

I'm going to be a momma in April and reading up a lot on feeding raw. Several persons have commented that our Sphynx babies have a higher metabolism keeping them warm and should eat three times a day instead of two...your baby may do better having another meal?? I'm looking at Stella and Chewy's too as a good source of nutrition. How long have you been using it and do you see any ill effects?

@alexahrens8191 I fed my little ones at least 3-4 times a day when they were kittens. Kittens definitely eat ALOT more than grown kitties. At least twice as much, twice as often! They will not get fat. I didn't let them overeat but did feed them as much as they would eat in one sitting (up to 18/24 ounces) as it's important for their growth. I want to say they would eat at least and average of 16-18 (total) ounces of raw food daily, when they were really young and I would feed them 4 times a day. Now they eat about 12-14 ounces per day. I make my own food, so not sure how different it is compared with freeze dried as I know often times there are other ingredients in freeze dried other than just raw meat. I only feed meat, no fillers or vegetables. Hope that helps
