I once had a friend who had been bemoaning her minimal choices for dinner tell me she ended up eating humans...
She had typed hummus, but apparently that was out of her iPhone's vocabulary.

April 2011 (or 2012, I can't remember now) is my favorite. There is one that talks about dropping a crockpot full of "ham and beans" but the iPhone corrected it to human beings. Hilarious! The same website also has Siri corrections. I wish I had known that, as Siri and I had a conversation that went arye once. Our conversation went like this:
Jen: Siri, I need directions to The Center for Natrual Wellness
Siri: I have found one Center for Natrual Wellness close to you, the address is 1234 Whatever road
Jen: Siri, I need a map
Siri: Jen, I am sorry you are sleepy
What??!! Nap, no I didn't need a nap, I needed a map!! Geesh.
