Hi,
My name is Jules, and we have one Sphynx. His name is Gramps, he is about a year and a half old now, and super fun!! We wanted to get a Sphynx cat, so we did our reaearch, and found an awesome breeder who was willing to meet us halfway for the drive. We still drove about 8 hours to get Gramps, he was so worth the trip! I knew he was going to be a good egg when he used the litterbox in the car, what a trooper. We also have a furry cat, Newton, a giant Tuxedo cat...they love eachother dearly, and also have "King of the Cage" MMA style wrestling matches daily, it's all in fun. Gramps loves everyone in our house, including the dogs. He has a unique vibe with each member of our family. I wonder if all Sphynx cats are unique in this behavior? Gramps will only do certain things to certain people in the house. He "attacks" my husband with face rubbing/smashing his gums and teeth against my husband's face LOL, and he has this ritual with him...he climbs on his lap, starts to turn his head to one side, and then flops on his side to be scratched, but with no concern if he has enough room to do this maneuver...it's really funny to watch. I am looking forward to learning more about our cat's quirky behavior, and more about this awesome breed! Thanks
