I live in the metro Denver Colorado area and would love to get a sibling for my aunt and niece girls.
I was in the process of adopting a rehome when he was yanked away at the last minute because my house wasn't showroom clean and his owner claimed he wouldn't be happy unless I was "tidy". Hee exact words. Needless to say I was heartbroken. I actually wasn't looking for an addition but I was so excited to rescue him. The reason for the rehome? He would sneak outside when her kids weren't paying attention.
So now I have an empty spot that is sphynx sized.
I have experience with the breed. Piper was born Jan 31, 2020. I got her aunt, Shimmer, 2 years later. I have multiple fuzzy blankets for tunneling. The middle of our king sized bed is sphynx territory with 4 blankets so they have choices. Piper is my cat/dog and traveled by my side when I spent 2 years helping my mom as cancer did it's worst.
I would love a rehome, retired queen/king, or kitten. Registered is not a priority as they will be a spoiled rotten pet. I have an enclosed patio and will be putting in a catio this summer. Piper loves the outdoors so if I get another adventurer or a homebody I have experience with both.
I can drive to any of the states around colorado. I think some of the breeders in colorado have retired. The one I got my girls from retired, married, and spends half her time in Scotland. She was a family breeder so a hobby breeder to a cattery can be considered. All I care is healthy basted chicken. I lean towards girls, but I'm not adverse to a boy. My husband would like another boy in the house besides him.
