Measurements should include: Neck, Base of Neck To Beginning of Tail and Girth
Each dress has a securely attached D ring so this dress can worn as a harness (plus your cat will never have to be without the ever so important ID tag)
Now this is a real party dress! The bodice is a black, white and hot pink cotton that has been accented by a lacey balck ruffle and a large pink acrylic flower. The skirt is a double row of pink and white polka dot cotton. The dress has been lined in a soft pink fleece.
