Please help!!!! Digestive issues

My sphynx is 4 months old, she started experiencing very bad explosive diarrhea about 2 weeks ago, the vet have now put her on cooked chicken for one week, including meds which are Vetpro Digestive Function and Clavaseptin tablets for 7 days. Her stomach has been on and off using both meds, some days it’s fine however the past two days she has had diarrhea again. It’s not as bad as last week but it’s still jelly and she only has two days left of the meds. I have no idea what is going on, has anyone ever experienced this before??? I feel like nothing is helping.

Has she been wormed?

She had her first and second injection but I’m assuming this doesn’t include being wormed? This is my first time having a cat so I am still learning, I will try anything to get her stomach better

That is correct, it does not include worming. Panacur is the typical med they use for worming. (There are others too). Might want to call up your vet and ask for a worming regimen.
